HCACDL Membership Code of Ethics

I hereby certify that I am a criminal defense practitioner and do not hold any position with a prosecutor’s office. I agree to promptly notify HCACDL in writing if I accept employment with a prosecutor’s office in any capacity and will resign my membership immediately.

I agree that all documents and information contained within this website are for current member use only and will not be shared with any non-member.

I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all HCACDL matters, including communications shared on the ListServ.
