Tiffany Hilton is a Public Defender in Hillsborough County. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2022 in the top 4% of her class. While in law school, she was a member of Stetson’s Honors Program, Editor of Stetson’s Law Review, a member of Stetson’s Trial Team, an executive board officer as ABA Liaison and Representative for Stetson’s Student Bar Association, and represented a transgender inmate pro bono in a 1983 action against the Florida Department of Corrections for an Eighth Amendment violation to a favorable settlement. She is also the recipient of the Thomas E. Penick, Jr. Award for Community Service, the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award, was a semifinalist in the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge, and the winner of Stetson’s Trial Masters Tournament.
